Kenneth Creal and his daughters Kylene Foster and Kimberly Creal have been supporting California labor law attorneys for a collective 50+ years.

As of 2026, Ken has performed financial viability analyses on more than 700 occasions regarding defendants involved in active litigation. Through 2025, Ken testified as an economic expert in Federal and State courts in Southern and Central California on more than 125 occasions. He has practiced as a California Certified Public Accountant for over 48 years.

Kylene has worked for more than 20 years analyzing and reporting on wage and hour class action matters. She has worked closely with the General Counsel’s Office of the California Agricultural Labor Relations Board (ALRB) for more than a decade.

Kimberly has practiced as a California Certified Public Accountant for 12 years alongside Ken running their tax and accounting practice, which they sold in 2024. Kimberly now works with Ken on financial viability matters.
